The STLE Detroit Section will hold an all-day Education Seminar on October 2 (Wednesday), 2019 at the Ford Research and Innovation Center See direction next page). The theme of the event is “Current Topics in Tribology” covering aspects of electrification, thermal spray and thin film coatings, which are relevant to automotive industry today. This is an opportunity for those involved in the practice of lubrication system, product development etc. to become familiar with tribology basics that are addressed on a daily basis. People working tribology, lubrication system engineering, formulation including Chemists, Sales Personnel, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Personnel, Lubrication Engineers, Technical Service Reps, Process & Design Engineers, Component and System Design Engineers, should attend this program.
